Night of the media - Hamburg (D)

During the 6th night of the media, which took place on Hamburg's Suellberg on September 4, 2009 we presented on a first time event freshly wasabated dishes to a broad audience.

The proposedly known wasabi was rediscovered, and became a culinary highlight that night.
