The Sawa-Wasabi culinary experience

Snapper-Sashimi with wasabi-kiwi-Sauce (4 persons)

Ingredients: 1 pc. snapper of approx. 1.5 kg, chive

For the sauce: 1 kiwi, 3 tbs. rice vinegar, 3 tbs. cooking oil, 1 tbs. freshly grated wasabi, 1-2 tsp. salt

Preparation: Fillet the snapper into bite-sized sashimi pieces. Place the sashimi pieces overlapping on a plate and leave the center empty. To prepare the sauce grind the kiwi and mix it with the other ingredients of the sauce.

Place the sauce in the center of the plate and decorate the dish with chive.
